My deadbolt sticks when I turn the key, so can you fix it or do I need a new one?
We start with a hands-on inspection to find whether the problem is a misaligned strike, a swollen door, worn pins, or a failing tailpiece. Often cleaning, lubrication, and a small adjustment will restore smooth operation; if the cylinder or bolt is worn we’ll explain whether replacing the cylinder or the whole lock is the better long-term fix.
I lost my house keys and I’m worried someone might have them, so what can you do to secure my home?
We can rekey the existing lock cylinders so old keys no longer work, or replace the cylinder or entire lock with a different keyway. We carry common cylinders and can cut and code new keys, fit or upgrade deadbolts, and explain how each option changes key control and access for your home.
How do I know you’re qualified to work on my locks?
We’ve been working on residential locks for more than 13 years across Delaware, Chester, Montgomery counties and Philadelphia, handling cylinders, deadbolts, multipoint hardware, and smart-lock installs. Pennsylvania doesn’t license locksmiths, so we rely on experience, demonstrable work, professional tools, and clear explanations of the work.
