I just moved into a house, can you rekey all the locks so one key works?
We can rekey most residential cylinder locks so a single key operates multiple doors. We remove the cylinder, replace or rearrange the pins to match a new key, test each lock on the door, and give you labeled keys. If a lock is damaged or an older style won’t rekey, we’ll explain your options.
My deadbolt is sticking and hard to turn, can you fix or replace it?
We start by diagnosing whether the issue is the cylinder, the bolt, or door alignment. Often cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting the strike plate solves sticking. If the cylinder or bolt shows wear, we recommend replacement with a compatible grade deadbolt, fit it to your door, and verify smooth operation and secure engagement.
I want to upgrade to smart locks, so do you install them and will they work with my existing door?
We assess the door thickness, backset, and existing hole pattern, then recommend smart lock models that match. We install the exterior and interior components, pair them with the app or a keypad, and test mechanical and electronic functions. If your door needs reinforcement or a different latch, we’ll point that out and handle it.
