We rekey pin-tumbler cylinders, replace cylinders where needed, and arrange a keyed-alike or master key system. We cut and code new keys, label each cylinder and supply a keying schedule so you know which key opens which door. We also can upgrade cylinders to restricted keyways on request.
One of our lobby doors has a broken panic bar and the closer seems off. Do you repair exit devices and related hardware?
We examine the exit device (panic bar), trim, latch, strike and closer, then repair or replace the specific parts that fail: latches, dogging mechanism, top arms, or pistons. We adjust strike alignment and closer tension so the door latches smoothly and the panic bar operates reliably when pushed.
We want keypad access for the staff entrance and electric strikes on a few doors, so can you install and tie those systems together?
We install keypad readers, electric strikes or mag locks, run power and low-voltage wiring, and mount control boxes. We program user codes or PINs, assign door behaviors, and connect the hardware to door contacts, strikes and exit devices so the keypad controls opening while the exit hardware still functions as required.
