I'm locked out of my car; can you get me back in without damaging the door or ignition?
We use vehicle-specific, non-destructive entry tools and techniques to open doors and trunks whenever possible. If a key or ignition is damaged, we can extract broken keys, cut a replacement on site for many key types, and handle transponder programming when the vehicle requires it. We always work at the lock, not at a shop.
My front door deadbolt won't turn; do you repair or replace it?
We start by diagnosing the cylinder, bolt, and strike to find the mechanical cause: worn pins, misaligned strike, or a failing cylinder. When repair is viable, we clean, lubricate, and replace parts. If replacement is better, we remove and install a new deadbolt tuned to your door and can rekey it to existing keys at the location.
I lost my house keys, so can you change the locks and make new keys on site?
We can rekey many locks to render old keys useless, or replace cylinders and entire locksets if needed. We cut standard metal keys and program many electronic or transponder keys on site, then test new hardware before finishing. Remember, we don’t meet at a shop: every job is done where the lock is located.
