We design and install master key systems by rekeying cylinders, building keyed-alike groups, or supplying different cores where needed. We map which doors each level should open, pin and code cylinders accordingly, and label keys. We can also add restricted cores to limit duplication when required by the customer.
The panic bar on our rear exit sticks and the door won’t latch cleanly, so can you repair exit devices and door closers?
We inspect the exit device, trim, latch, strike and door alignment, then adjust or replace worn parts: latchbolts, rollers, spindles, or the strike plate. For door closers we adjust tension, replace seals or the closer body if needed, and test the sweep and latch to ensure the exit device operates smoothly and latches correctly.
I want keypad entry for my loading dock and an electric strike on the office door, so can you install access control hardware and make it work with our doors?
We install keypads, electric strikes, power supplies and wiring, and integrate them with existing locksets and strikes. We size the strike to the door and frame, run wiring to the power source and controller, program user codes, and test each door's operation. We also explain how to add or delete codes and basic maintenance.
