I'm locked out of my car with the key inside, so can you get me back in without damaging the door or window?
We work to gain entry with non-destructive methods when the vehicle allows it: wedges and long-reach tools, or by manipulating the lock cylinder. If the lock or trim forces a different approach, we explain options on site. We travel to the vehicle and have over thirteen years working on these situations.
My key broke off in the ignition, so can you remove the broken key and make a replacement on site?
We can extract broken key fragments using picks, extractors, and visual tools. After removal we decode the lock to cut a new mechanical key and, when the vehicle uses a transponder, we can program a replacement fob or chip key on location for many makes. We bring the tools and parts needed to the vehicle.
I have a push-button-start car and the fob stopped unlocking the doors, so what can you do?
We first check the fob and vehicle to identify whether it’s a battery, antenna, or programming issue. We can open the car by mechanical means if required, diagnose the fob, replace batteries, and program or supply replacement fobs for many models on site. If dealer-only tools are required, we explain that and the options.
