I'm locked out of my car with the keys inside, so can you get me back in without breaking a window?
We use non-destructive entry techniques whenever possible: lock picks for older mechanical locks, wedge-and-probe methods for modern vehicles, and manufacturer-specific tools for integrated locks. Our technicians work to avoid damage and, if a component is fragile, we explain the options before proceeding. We always confirm ownership before opening the vehicle.
I have a push-button start and lost the key fob, so can you make a new one and get it to work with my car?
We can often supply and program replacement key fobs and transponder keys on site. Modern vehicles use immobilizers and encrypted transponders, so we diagnose whether the vehicle needs reprogramming, replacement blanks, or a new module. We’ll need proof you own the vehicle before doing key cutting or programming.
My key turns in the ignition but the car won't start; could the ignition cylinder be bad, and can you repair it where the car is?
We diagnose whether the issue is a worn ignition cylinder, broken key, or electrical immobilizer fault. On many cars we can remove a broken key, repair or replace the cylinder and cut a new mechanical key. If programming is required afterwards, we handle that too, once ownership is verified and the correct parts are available.
