I'm locked out with my keys inside and the engine running, can you get me back in without wrecking the car?
We use non-destructive entry methods whenever possible: inflatable wedges, long-reach tools, and techniques to operate the interior lock actuators. If access requires removing a trim panel or the lock cylinder, we explain why and proceed carefully. We avoid breaking glass and prioritize the factory hardware unless an emergency forces another approach.
I lost my car keys completely, so can you make a new key from the lock while you're here?
We can often make a new key on site by decoding the lock or using impressioning to cut a blank that fits the cylinder. For keys with transponders we cut the blade and then program or clone the chip with our equipment. If a vehicle has an uncommon factory restriction, we’ll describe the technical limit and the next best step.
My keyless entry fob stopped working, so can you get me into the car and fix the fob or the system?
First we perform mechanical access without damaging the vehicle, then diagnose the fob: battery, antenna, programming, or receiver faults. We can replace the battery, reprogram or clone many fobs, and in some cases supply a new remote. If the vehicle’s immobilizer or network needs special tools, we’ll outline the required technical actions.
