The buildings and the hardware
The buildings here tend to influence the hardware we see. Many homes are older, with solid-wood doors and tubular or mortise locks installed decades ago; those doors often need reinforcement or conversion to modern deadbolts. There are also newer townhouses and a few small rental properties that use standard bored locks and electronic deadbolts, which means different cylinders, strike plates, and sometimes battery-served hardware. Commercial storefronts and outbuildings use heavier latchsets, padlocks, or keyed-alike systems, so we carry parts for both vintage mortise mechanisms and current cylindrical locksets to match the door condition.
