My deadbolt won't turn smoothly anymore, can you replace it and make sure my door still locks right?
We remove the existing cylinder and bolt assembly, inspect the latch, strike plate, and the door edge for wear, then install a new bolt or full lockset as needed. We square and shim the strike, use longer screws into the frame where required, and cut and test the new keys until operation is smooth.
I want one key that opens several doors in my house, so can you set that up?
We can make multiple cylinders operate from the same key by changing the pin configuration inside each cylinder to match a single key profile. We take each lock apart, fit matching pin stacks, and test the key in every lock. We can also cut additional working copies of that single key for household use.
Someone forced my front lock and the cylinder is mangled, so can you fix it or do I need a full replacement?
A break-in attempt that just happened is a police matter first; don't clean up or adjust the door until they are done. We inspect the cylinder, tailpiece, bolt, and the door frame to determine whether parts can be repaired. If internal tumblers or the bolt are distorted we replace the cylinder or the entire lockset, realign the strike, and secure the frame with longer fasteners so the new hardware works reliably with your existing door.
