We label and document the keying plan, change or install new cylinders or mortise locks as needed, and provide keyed-alike sets and spare cores for future changes.
We want an access-control keypad on the main entrance, can you install and integrate one with our electric strike and door hardware?
We install keypads, mount readers, wire them to electric strikes or magnetic locks, and set up the power supply and fail-safe/fail-secure option you prefer. We program user codes, time schedules if required, and connect to existing strike wiring; if necessary we replace or adapt strikes and strike plates, and keep the door hardware aligned for reliable operation.
Our panic bar sticks and the door doesn't close smoothly, can you repair exit devices, strikes, and the door closer?
We inspect the exit device, check rod alignment, replace worn latch assemblies, cams, or dogging parts, and adjust or replace the strike plate so the latch seats cleanly. We also service the door closer: adjust sweep, latch, and backcheck speeds, replace seals or the closer body if worn, and ensure the exit hardware operates consistently.
