I accidentally locked my child in the car while the engine was running, can you get them out without breaking things?
If a child, a pet or anyone who needs help is locked in the car, dial 911 before anything else. When we arrive we use non-destructive entry methods when possible (long-reach tools, wedge-and-reach, or manufacturer-approved techniques) to open the vehicle without damaging locks, glass, or trim.
My key fob stopped working and the doors won’t unlock, so can you still get me into the car and start it?
We can usually gain entry without forcing locks, using mechanical access methods or by deploying emergency key blanks. If the immobilizer prevents starting, we can read and program transponder chips or supply and program replacement keys on site for many makes, or advise the next practical step if dealer tooling is required.
My key snapped off in the ignition, so can you extract the broken piece and make a new key for me right there?
We extract broken key fragments with specialized tools to avoid adding damage to the ignition or door lock. After removal we can cut a new mechanical key on site for most vehicles and, when a transponder is involved, read or clone the chip and program a working key where our equipment is compatible.
