I locked my keys in the car with the engine off, so can you get me back in without damage?
We aim to unlock vehicles without harming trim or glass by using non-destructive entry tools: inflatable wedges, long-reach tools, and lock picks matched to the vehicle. If a vehicle’s design blocks those options, we explain the least invasive fallback and proceed with your approval before doing anything that could leave marks.
My key fob stopped working and I can’t open the doors, can you still get me into the car?
We check for mechanical access points first: a hidden key blade, door lock cylinder, or hatch release, and use appropriate tools to operate them. If the fob’s electronics are the issue, we can also extract the immobilized key or show you how the fob and lock interact so you can decide whether to have the fob repaired or replaced afterward.
I have a child’s car seat and groceries, so can you get the trunk or hatch open without taking the seats out?
We look for access routes that avoid moving seats, such as fold-down release mechanisms, exterior hatch releases, or interior panels that let us reach the latch. We prefer methods that leave seats and cargo undisturbed; if none are accessible, we explain the minimal steps needed to reach the latch and get your trunk open with the least handling.
