What people call about
People call for a wide range of lock and key work: broken key extraction from a cylinder, stuck or jammed deadbolts, rekeying after a move, replacing a worn mortise lock, mailbox and gate lock repairs, and emergency lockout service for homes and businesses. We handle residential lock changes and upgrades to meet tenant turnover or owner preferences, repair or replace strike plates and latch assemblies, and fit new deadbolts and handle sets. For emergency calls we’ll prioritize getting you back inside or securing the door, using non-destructive methods where the hardware and situation allow. The goal is straightforward repairs or reliable replacements so the door works the way it should.

The buildings and the hardware
The built environment here tends to mean older doors and tight frames, which changes the hardware we use and the work we do. Many properties have solid wood or metal doors with mortise locks, narrow stile storefront doors, or multiunit apartment entries; that often calls for compact strike plates, reinforced frames, and frequently adjusted latch alignment. Weathered doors need longer screws in the strike, upgraded deadbolts, or a full-length strike plate on a warped jamb rather than just swapping a knob. We work with both legacy lock types and newer cylindrical deadbolts, choosing parts that fit the door and the frame instead of forcing a mismatch that will fail again.
03
The car side
On the car side we handle lockouts, key cutting, and full car key replacement including fobs and transponder-equipped keys. Older vehicles often use a simple blade key that can be cut and copied on the spot, while modern cars typically require a transponder chip or key fob that must be programmed to the vehicle’s immobilizer system. That can involve cutting a new blade, cloning or programming the transponder, or supplying and programming a replacement fob. We bring the machines and the blank keys needed to do that work at the vehicle, and we match the procedure to the car’s specific make, model, and year.
04
How we work
We operate as a mobile-only locksmith: the van comes to the vehicle, house, or storefront and there is no shop counter or place to meet us. You’ll get a clear, realistic sense of our schedule over the phone; we explain the current workload and the earliest slot we can allocate rather than promising an arrival time. Technicians arrive stocked with common cylinders, deadbolts, key blanks, cutting and programming tools, and supplies to repair or replace hardware on site. For emergency locksmith, car lockout, car key replacement, and residential locks we focus on fixing the problem at the location the lock is found.
